Please inform Naturarte Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Children and beds:
Children of any age are welcome.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
*0 - 3 years: can use a cot upon request - FREE
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
No age restriction:
There is no age requirement for check-in.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
15 DAYS EARLIER
To receive a full refund of the daily price, the guest will have to cancel the reservation.
within 48 hours after the check-in and at least 14 full days before the check-in time.
7 DAYS BEFORE
To get a 50% refund of the daily price, the guest must cancel at least 7 full days before check-in time. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave after check-in, unused nights will not be refunded.
