In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities in which we operate. Our structure has been informed in detail on the essential containment and preventive measures including hygiene measures such as the intensification of cleaning and sanitization.

We constantly monitor and follow changes in the recommendations and guidelines of the government and local health authorities, to continue to provide the best possible service by safeguarding the safety of our guests and collaborators, in compliance with the requirements issued by these local authorities.

The service in common areas such as the swimming pool offers the necessary spacing, while the relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna remain available for private use (including the barbecue area.

EXTENSION OF CANCELLATION TERMS

 

Our cancellation terms based on the most recent developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, the official travel restrictions and suspensions and the quarantine or lockdown measures announced by governments around the world. Our goal is to offer you all the flexibility and convenience of planning possible.

With effect from April 27, 2020, we have made the following updates to our cancellation terms:

For new bookings made between 27 April and 30 June 2020 for any future arrival date NATURARTE SUITES offers:

 

- Free changes up to 24 hours before the arrival date. The changes will be subject to the availability and application of any tariff differences.

- Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the arrival date. The full amount of the deposit paid will be refunded by bank transfer (or in the form of a voucher or credit)
